This powerful brushless cordless impact wrench has a high max. torque of 500Nm giving you plenty of power to complete a wide range of tightening functions - both tightening and loosening. The wrench is powered by a state-of-the-art "brushless" motor which has a longer life, is more powerful and has a lower consumption of electricity than classic motors with carbon brushes. The tightening torque can be electronically set to 3 different torques: 240/380/500Nm. When loosening, the wrench works at the highest speed and you can turn on the AUTO STOP function, which stops the wrench after a few seconds. This is ideal for short threads. The combination of high torque with an impact function is very effective here. The impact function allows you to loosen very tight or corroded nuts more effectively than with a uniform torque. This saves both the user's wrist, the tool itself and the fastener by generating short, precisely targeted pulses instead of continuous stress. The impact mechanism also increases the power of the driver function when tightening and at the same time reduces battery consumption. It is therefore much more efficient than a cordless drill and also lasts longer per battery charge. The all-metal gearbox housed in metal housing ensures flawless operation even under high loads and contributes to better heat dissipation during work. The flashlight illuminates the work area and has a delayed shutdown. The wrench has rubber pads to protect the storage surface from impact and the entire handle is covered with rubber, to reduce vibration to the hand and provide a better grip. For normal work, one or two 2000mAh batteries are sufficient, which you can quickly charge in the quick charger provided. For more demanding or longer work we recommend larger batteries with a capacity of 4000–8000mAh. The battery can be used in all types of tools in the EXTOL SHARE20V series. Thanks to the Li-ion technology used, it can be recharged at any time without reducing its capacity. The Li-ion battery has minimal self-discharge and therefore remains charged and ready for use for a long time.
