Fault Claim Procedure

So, here you are. 🖐 Either you hit the wrong button and were looking for the products page which is up one icon 😉 ... or somehow we got it wrong.

At Madal Bal we do everything we can to get it right the first time. However, if this is not the case, please let us know and we will put it right. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, should there be a problem with a Madal Bal product please complete the steps below to contact us so we can sort it out.

1. Fill in the Fault Form.

Carefully fill in the mandatory sections of the Fault Form. Please download the form here and then print it out:

Note: We will consider sending the completed Fault Form as your consent for the use of all provided personal data exclusively for the processing your request.

2. Attach proof of purchase of the product

Attach a copy of the completed warranty card and the sales docket to the completed form.

3. Prepare the package

Clean the product and carefully wrap it in suitable packaging to protect it during transport. Make sure you include copy of the paperwork prepared in step 2 above and any accessories that came with the product it was when purchased.

Shipping is at the senders’ expense. (If the fault is found to be covered by warranty then the shipping cost may be reimbursed)

4. Ship it to us

After receiving the package our technicians will review the documentation and inspect the item. They will then be in touch with you to discuss the solution.
